Privacy policy
This policy describes what information the Warren County website collects and how it is used.
Information you send us
When you use a form on this website, the information you enter is sent to the county office you chose. Forms that ask for personal details, such as the jury excuse request, marriage license pre-application and employment applications, are saved in a private area of the website that only authorized staff can see, and are deleted automatically after one year (365 days). The email that tells staff a form arrived does not include your details. Please do not send Social Security numbers or other sensitive information that a form does not ask for.
Do not use website forms to report an emergency. Call 911.
Website analytics
We may use analytics to understand how the website is used (for example, which pages are visited most), so we can improve it. Analytics data is not used for advertising.
Links to other websites
Some services, such as paying taxes, renewing vehicle tags and searching property records, are provided by other organizations. When you follow a link to another website, that website’s privacy policy applies.
Security
This website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and is maintained following security best practices.
Public records
Messages you send to a county office may be public records under the Mississippi Public Records Act, except where the law protects them.
